Paper Abstract:      This paper describes collaboration between the Health faculty and the Centre for Enhancement of Learning and Teaching at a UK Higher Education Institution to create shareable multimedia learning objects that enable enquiry based learning. A recognition of gaps between theory and practice in Mental Health Nursing prompted the authors to create shareable learning objects to help make learning more relevant. The introduction of the learning objects has enhanced and transformed the curriculum with students learning in a “safe” environment where a reflective and constructivist approach to learning is encouraged.
