Paper Abstract:
|
One of current research challenges of Software Engineering is how to relate software architecture to quality requirements,
or Non Functional Requirement (NFR). We aim to support the traceability links of NFRs with architectures by applying
the concept of Quality Function Deployment (QFD). The goal of QFD is to ensure that the voice of customer drives all
actions concerned with quality. Examples of the applicability of the scheme to Information System (IS) architectures are
given from a case study. Conclusions point out to further research in critical domains. |
