Paper Abstract:      Currently, Knowledge Management (KM) is a key factor in the competitive advantage of organisations. Because of this different technology has been developed to support KM strategies. However, KM systems are often unsuccessful because they were designed from a technological point of view which did not take into account the knowledge tasks that they should support. In this paper we describe a multi-agent architecture to assist in the implementation of KM systems. This architecture was developed by taking into account the main knowledge process models and life cycles that literature proposes.
