Paper Abstract:
|
This paper describes how a large online nursing program addressed the problem of teaching scholarly writing to
undergraduate students. Using the Seven Principles for Good Practice in Undergraduate Education by Chickering and
Gamson (1996), the online faculty developed strategies to address the problem of lack of quality writing in nursing
courses. Faculty created audio visual tools based on sound learning principles, to make significant progress in addressing
this critical issue. |
