Paper Abstract:
|
Strategy continues essentially to be an art and study cases are the most common learning material. In turbulent contexts this way is highly questionable given our difficulty to preview dynamic behaviors from non-linear systems. The use of System Dynamics to build, manipulate and simulate the behavior of a microworld may be a more effective way to learn strategy. In this paper, a case will illustrate its use as a strategic tool. |
