Paper Abstract:      Users access to e-businesses through their web sites. Each web site, however, has its own design structure and features, so finding the desired information can be tedious. Even agents may not be able to find the information. This paper presents a model for e-business that allows users to access directly to the business information model without having to browse its web pages. A common, easy to type URL pattern allow users (humans and agents) to get both information and metadata about the business model, and also execute business operations on it. By standardizing the business access, users can apply the same URL pattern to any e-business. E-businesses are modelled as a set of business entities, defined with a technology-independent description language that leverages from MOF[1]. A supporting framework generates both code, OWL and XSD descriptions of the model.
