Paper Abstract:      In recent years, new technical proposals for the Web, such as XML, Web Services, business process automation, B2B, etc. have favored the rising of a new paradigm for the developing of web applications known as Service Oriented Computing. This new paradigm has started an evolution into Web Information Systems (WIS) and in the way they can be developed. This work presents, through a case study, a proposal for modeling service-oriented WIS. The WIS present as case study is a system that allows Public Administration control and manages interactions between the administration and the citizens, registering each service request received from the citizens and the answers give it to them, contributing to improve public attention level.
