Paper Abstract:      The most important problem for a person who wants to communicate with someone is how to best reach that person. Thus our approach aims to develop the most effective measures so that the most appropriate communication media can be selected to reach the person regardless of which media is currently being used by this person. It can be great support for an emergency situation which in turn needs to get quick response from the recipient.
