Paper Abstract:
|
Although the notion of a systems approach to individual and organizational learning has long been prevalent, little is
known about which system factors are critical to an effective learning environment and how to measure those factors and
their influence. This research was designed to develop and validate a multidimensional measure of a learning
environment based on a systems-oriented human performance technology perspective. This study is a preliminary
validation study aimed at providing a basis for the development of an extended learning environment questionnaire which
might inform future research and development of learning environments. |
