Paper Abstract:      This paper describes the design and implementation of the system that supports physical skill development of on-line people in a community. The concrete domain of the target skill is rope jumping, which has many techniques and various kinds of jumping property. We have integrated image processing technology into an SNS, Social Networking Service, in order to detect the skill semi-automatically. This framework offers additional possibilities to support skill acquisition and development. The system helps learners to transfer skills to other community-members, to understand a skill deeply, and to discover new skills or articles relevant to the history of their own training.
