Paper Abstract:
|
Personal Learning Environments especially support informal learning by enabling access to context-aware knowledge by
using mobile devices and interfaces. Learning happens right in the context and in the situation in which it is necessary
and desired. The concept of a Mobile Information and Learning Platform is introduced. It supports all phases of a
informal learning process consisting of motivation, prearrangement, organization, presentation, reflection,
communication, and test. The topic tree functionality as a crucial component for collecting, connecting and publishing
learning content is outlined. |
