Paper Abstract:      In Iran as a developing country, there is a high interest on developing use of IT on different businesses especially in banking industry. Due to the specific characteristics of banking industry and need to international relation, usage of IT has been considerably increased in Iranian banks but functional aspects in transmission process to e-banking seems to be neglected. The study is trying to find the perception of bank employees about e-banking .The outcome may provide better understanding of the human issues during transmission period for banking strategic alignment and HRM. Model of decomposed Theory of Planned Behavior (DTPB) used to study perceptions in this context .The constructs introduced in DTPB has been examined among four Iranian (two private and two governmental) banks. The results show that Iranian bank employees in general have positive perception about e-banking in their organizations. Perceived relative advantages of e-banking and Perceived Self efficacy of the employees are significant belief constructs as predictors of behavioral intention of bank employees in both group of banks. Furthermore complexity of transmission in private banks is considered as effective construct but in governmental banks subjective norms including pressure, expectations and interests of important referees are important and effective belief construct.
