Paper Abstract:

Hypermedia provides a potentially powerful tool for distance education. This paper will report on the development of distance learning courses for Public Administration Masters Degree Program. Potential of the Hypermedia e-learning and possible limitations of its overuse are presented. The aspects of multidimensionality and nonlinearity of hypermedia e-textbooks are described. The paper starts from the description of distance learning model used, learning environment structure, and then goes into details of design principles and approach of hypermedia e-textbook development. |
