Paper Abstract:      This paper examines online learning from the perspective of management. Millennials have been found to possess certain common characteristics that make managing them effectively different from preceding generations. We have taken the principles for managing millennials and used them to interpret how online classes ideally should be structured and what techniques should be used to make them successful for millennial students as a whole. This technique has identified certain issues that exist in current methods of online education. We suggest areas that require future research to determine better solutions to these issues.
