Paper Abstract:
|
The objective of this study is to use the OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) telework
pilot group, based in Paris, as a basis to investigate the impact of part-time, home-based telework from the perspective
of the teleworker and the key individuals with whom they interact, such as colleagues and managers. The study
proposes using role-sets in order to examine the advantages and disadvantages for each stake holder. The study will also
include an overall evaluation of the likely advantages and disadvantages for the OECD in order to formulate related
policy recommendations. The investigation is based on the following series of questions supported from the existing
literature on telework and telework in France. |
