Paper Abstract:
|
Online accredited Career Management Skills modules have been developed, implemented and evaluated over the past
eight years for both undergraduates and research students. The modules engage students in their own career development
process and lifelong learning, underpinned by innovative teaching resources. The experience gained in these activities,
informed by qualitative and quantitative evaluation data, is presented here in terms of key factors for successful delivery
of online career development learning in higher education, although the principles are applicable more widely in elearning.
Factors considered relate to design and implementation. |
