Paper Abstract:
|
According to EU directive 2003/54/EU for electricity and gas market, all EU customers will have the right to switch
supplier from the historical incumbent. This regulation was applied starting from 1st July 2007. Even if the regulation
was put into operation, there are a several problems, which prevent to use theses possibilities. The current article
describes some activities related with market liberalization in context of IT system adjustment to support needed
communication and data management base on the situation in Republic of Estonia. |
