Paper Abstract:

Previous researches show there are three organizational pressures available, which have influential role on adoption
behavior of companies for adopting the Inter-organizational linkages. These pressures are mimetic, coercive and
normative. For better understanding of the influence of organizational pressures in Iranian automotive industrys supply
chain, the survey based method is conducted, and for validating the findings short interviews have be done. The
questionnaires should be completed by organization's CEO, CFO or CIO's, and collected data, analyze and measure by
LISREL. This research enhances our understanding about the impact of organizational pressures on adoption intention
toward IT based IOL in an institutional environment by firms and companies. |
