Paper Abstract:
|
This paper describes experimental results on a puppet show for hearing-impaired students in order to let them create their own multimedia artifacts and deploy the concept of "design for all". We have used a handy laser show device system: Big Fat Wand (BFW) to convey the meanings and the atmosphere of the behind the story. A unique point of the displayed contents is that we use various expressions appeared in Japanese MANGA or comic stories. From the experiments, we have found that the subjects enjoyed the laser puppet show. |
