Paper Abstract:
|
Many higher education institutions are planning for effective distance education training without significant consideration
of the adoption stages and processes that faculty will encounter. This paper explores two adoption theories, Hall and
Hords Concerns-Based Adoption Model, and Rogers Innovation Decision Process Theory. These models have been
incorporated into a new proposed model (SAEDIR) with accompanying deployment strategies for integration with
professional development plans. |
