Paper Abstract:
|
User Experience in games is often described by psychologists with the players motives correlated with elements of game play. In order to prove differences of user experience in video games and serious games, users self reported motives from playing the one or other game are compared and conclusions are drawn on differences in user experience when interacting with a video game or with a serious game. This may have consequences for the design of serious games. |
