Paper Abstract:
|
We are currently in the midst of a transition from the use of slides and similar teaching aids to the
exploitation of the Internet. This is not merely a switching of technology, but also the springboard to a
change of emphasis and methods of teaching in the widest sense a transition from teaching to education. No
longer a teacher as the focal point, transmitting knowledge to students; work in and out of class is now the
students responsibility, they have greater opportunity to acquire knowledge and encounter new ideas, to
develop independently and in new directions. |
