Paper Abstract:
|
Each LMS (Learning Management System) has implemented an e-Assessment tool. One of the most important issues
regarding the assessment of learners is the lack of public confidence in the results of e-Assessment. This paper presents
an e-Assessment tool that has implemented specific mechanisms meant for building confidence regarding the e-
Assessment procedure. There are presented general and specific characteristics of an e-Assessment systems that
significantly contribute to building trust in the system. The main imbedded feature in the e-Assessment tool is the usage
of machine learning techniques for building a knowledge management infrastructure that produces valuable feedback for
course managers. The obtained knowledge is continuously used by course managers in improving the quality of the e-
Assessment tool. |
