Paper Abstract:
|
The study aims to development of production technologies of titanium and its coatings of domestic production of medical products. In this study were considered Sobel operator and Gabor filter, which are of greatest interest for the development and improvement of quality control systems. The analysis of the image gives an assessment of quality of production, reveals existence of defects that allows to correct the processing line of production, and also to reveal malfunction of the equipment. Using of new algorithms for visual quality control of geometric parameters and coating texture, allows processing of medical products with minute and high performance. |
