Paper Abstract:
|
This paper introduces recent research into methods used in Australian Aboriginal knowledge sharing and looks at how
this can be extended to support the social process of organisational learning. The protocols and practices as used today
and in the past by Aboriginal communities are presented and discussed in relation to their relevance to knowledge sharing
in modern cultures. In particular, this research focuses on online sharing of organisational knowledge to support teams in
a work environment. |
