Paper Abstract:      This paper presents background information about importance of humans accepting and celebrating their differences and results from a diversity disposition survey conducted to identify underlying patterns of disposition among different groups of students. The surveys were administered to undergraduate and graduate students living in the U.S. and Germany. Respondents included 18 citizens of Germany and 45 citizens of the United States. Important findings included the interest in diversity among the respondents and differences in the acquisition of diversity disposition among the participants from different countries.
