Paper Abstract:
|
This study investigates the factors affecting mobile learning adoption in Catalonia. The main methodology is an expert
judgement where 7 Catalan experts participated, including three school leaders, two university experts and two education
inspectors. The findings reveal that the factors that affect mobile learning can be grouped into five categories ordered
from the highest to lowest impact as follows: leadership, personal character, attitudes and ethics, pedagogical, digital
literacy, and technological resources. The findings of these insights are expected to be useful to improve the efficiency
of mobile learning adoption. |
