Paper Abstract:
|
Computer ethics is included in multiple Informatics curricula. Main subject of computer-ethics' teaching is software
intellectual property rights. The principal educational method applied both in traditional educational models and elearning
is the analysis of ethical conflict scenarios or cases that rise up upon the rapid development and wide use of
Information and Communication Technologies. In this paper, we present the findings of previous empirical researches
regarding the attitudes toward software intellectual property rights, so that they may be used in the construction or
selection of proper educational scenarios that will be applied during the teaching of software intellectual property rights
in an electronic learning environment. |
