Paper Abstract:
|
The paper describes a web application developed in the Department of Computer Science of the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. The application is modular and is composed of three modules. The functionalities include the staff management operations, the templates and document management and the automatic notification of official and unofficial meetings. The database gathers the information on all kinds of staff, documents, commissions and fellowships and includes a historical document data base. The graphics user interface is easy to use, and user authentication is included for security purposes. |
