At this moment there are a lot of scientific projects going on that involve teams with members from all around the world.
Because of factors like distance and time, the collaborative work over the internet is becoming more and more interesting.
Telemicroscopy represents the possibility to watch and take control of the microscopy sessions from distance, over the
Internet. This subject is of big interest, but many times scientists are afraid of getting caught up in making big expenses
just to set up a system suitable for telemicroscopy. We are presenting a solution that relies on open source applications,
free to use, that can constitute a perfect solution in this matter. |
