Paper Abstract:      The purpose of this study is to propose learning support methods of the learning supporter and a program to enhance distance support ability of learning supporter in e-learning environment. In this paper, we firstly explain the learning support environment in which “Distance Teaching Assistants (Distance TAs)” asynchronously support group learners, who are engaged in problem-solving activities in the learning support environment. Moreover, we analyze the result of the pre and post questionnaire in the distance learning support practice (Distance TA program) by the university students. At last, we examine and propose the learning goals and contents to enhance distance support ability of learning supporter.
