Paper Abstract:
|
The Introduction of homogenous, organization-wide e-learning services promises advantageous to employees, instructors
and the management alike. However, application systems for e-learning and their usage have rarely evolved in structured
terms and therefore interaction between the systems is frequently ineffective. Thus, it is essential to set incentives for all
groups in order to align their individual e-learning goals with the organizations strategy. With this paper, a framework of
a holistic approach of incentive management for e-learning is presented that is based on preliminary works in psychology
and change management. |
