Paper Abstract:      The immediate support of online learning has consent the development of faculty assessment mock-up device precisely in the way of the sole needs of the online classroom. With a basis in the best presentations of online learning, get used to meet the active of a cultivating online program, the Online Faculty Evaluation created at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Muntinlupa serves the dual purpose of tutoring and faculty valuation. As such, the mock-up contains two distinct phases of interaction: (1) Social Issues that comprises the learner's perspective and instructor's attitude, (2) Technical Issues, quality of the free LMS platform used during short term period. Further than its serious role in instructor maintenance, curriculum evaluation, and official recognition, this faculty evaluation signals the PLMun-Local University commitment to ongoing professional development. The institution used blended learning in approximately of the courses that applies. A quantitative research design was applied using the study research method in congregation of data. The study uses this method in the management of its opinion poll because it is useful in describing the characteristics of large population.
