Paper Abstract:
|
ZUIs have been discussed and have influenced HCI. Smartphones, pads and other multi touch devices like surface tables have gotten popular and common in the last years. However, a dedicated and all-known scenario is the use of UML in software development for class and package visualization. Huge class diagram often do not fit the screen size. ZUIs are used to compensate this effect with overview and detail. Nevertheless on touch devices often fingers are hiding information. To avoid this effect a dynamic visualization for navigation that is triggered by touch, moving hidden information into visible area, is recommend. |
