Paper Abstract:
|
The use of streaming services has grown in the past few years. The videos are streamed in real time anywhere in the world and since many users of these services have wireless networks in their homes, it is possible that the video has a degenerated image quality due to the presence of the wireless network. In this paper, we compare the quality of video transmitted and received via streaming to verify if there is a decrease in quality and the best format for compression among the ones chosen (HEVC, H.264 and MPEG-4). Through the data obtained using the experimental approach, we see that the videos suffer with the presence of the wireless network and the HEVC loses less quality in the video received. |
