Paper Abstract:
|
This paper describes a construction process of the factor model from a creativity method. Structural equation modeling (SEM) is an effective method for causal analysis in knowledge management. SEM can express complex causal relationships between variables visually and quantitatively. We propose a model construction process by using a creativity method to prove the SEMs problem that the objectivity of the model tends to lower. However, in this process an identification problem tends to occur. Therefore, we try to improve the model construction process and compared the proposed process with the traditional process. |
