Paper Abstract:
|
The importance of user experience (UX) is commonly recognised in evaluating interactive applications that are beyond traditional task- and work-oriented systems, such as in the field of e-commerce and entertainment. However, interpreta-tion of UX and its relation to Usability differs and is matter of an ongoing discussion. This paper contributes to it by pre-senting selected results of a formative evaluation exemplifying different relations between criteria of traditional Usability and of UX. The general aim of our work is to find appropriate combinations of both. |
