Paper Abstract:
|
Within Agile development environments there has emerged a need for a modelling approach which combines systems
requirements with systems architecture. This paper proposes an Agile modelling technique that is suitable for Information
Systems development. It is based on an abstract model of the implementation architecture which is then used to model the
functional requirements of an Information System. Key features of the approach are: it forces the development team to
think about how the system will be used; it is iterative and can grow as the development moves forward; it is simple both
conceptually and in deployment; it uses a natural, textual format. |
