Paper Abstract:
|
The traditional approaches for the network management have their operations strongly centralized on the strict definition of only one protocol and a data model. This paper proposes a new approach, based on JINI technology. It is based on modeling Managed Objects as JINI Services, and on utilization of the infrastructure and the programming model defined on the most recent release of that technology for the development of flexible and reliable management systems. |
