Paper Abstract:      The paper is devoted to the direction of automating usability evaluation. This paper presents the methodology of an intelligent agent user model formation; contains the model requirements to reliable modelling of a real user behavior on which the choice symbolic approach of an intelligent model development is based. The factors affecting user behavior are presented. The mathematical model of an intelligent agent is introduced. This model is based on the aspects formal description of an agent's activities, such as goal-directed, planning, and knowledge organization. The tile logic is used as a formal language. In conclusion, we present the future of use and development of the proposed approach.
