Paper Abstract:

The main purpose and advantage of e-solutions is to reduce costs of communication and improve information exchange,
especially if the population of users is distributed over large area. The main difficulty is to overcome psychological
inertia of people, especially of older people: We have always done this way, way should we change our ways now? .
Both - advantages and difficulties were present when e-technologies were applied in preparation of massive joint wind
orchestra for the Estonian Youth Song and Dance Celebrations 2007 Ilmapuu. In the following is described use of
