Paper Abstract:

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has transformed countless sectors, bringing innovative solutions to complex challenges. However, effective implementation of AI projects requires a systematic and integrative approach that can keep up with recent advances in the field. This study presents an innovative methodology for AI projects, aiming to overcome emerging challenges and deliver efficient solutions. The proposed methodology offers a comprehensive framework that guides teams through all project phases, from understanding business needs to operationalizing the AI system. It has proven effective in managing today's AI challenges, including adequately addressing the needs of the business, data, methods, and teams involved. Furthermore, the proposed methodology stands out for its flexibility and adaptability to rapid changes in the field
of AI. This study contributes significantly to the existing literature by presenting a new methodology for AI projects capable of facing the challenges posed by recent advances in the field. |
