Paper Abstract:      Current literature argues that adopting software reuse becomes a necessity for organizations to face competition and stand-out from the others, with proposing large range of techniques and methods. However, there is a high upfront risk of reuse adoption, because a significant initial organization investment is required with no guaranteed results. Several reuse maturity models are proposed in the literature to help organizations implementing an efficient reuse program, but they suffer from various issues that limit their adoption by organizations. Therefore, RCMM, the new Reuse Capability and Maturity Model, proposes new reuse practices, inspired by Agile approaches and Devops movement, that aim to assist companies obtain the real benefits of software reuse, and assess their current adoption of reuse best practices. This paper is a continuity of the research that refines and details the RCMM, it defines the Reuse Process Areas, Reuse Goals and Reuse Practices of this model.
