Paper Abstract:
|
Following our previous work, this paper continues to analyze the state-of-the-art research of public administration (PA)
outsourcing of functions and services related to information systems (IS) and information technologies (IT). From this
analysis, we endeavor to provide an initial conceptual classification -both from a schematic and from a tabular point of
view- of the issues that appear in this PA outsourcing context, in order to set a starting point from which a) to classify
future contributions and b) to contextualize and undertake new research work. We believe that the topic of IS/IT
outsourcing in PAs is still open and not well covered from the research point of view. We hope that our work can ease
and contribute to the introduction of other researchers in this field. |
