Paper Abstract:      It seems that there are groups of learners who experience problems mastering computer literacy and / or e-learning. Existing research points to specific factors that play a role in the success of e-learning of computer literacy. Gender is one of the factors that figures strongly. In the literature, these factors are viewed in isolation and are not in all instances evaluated empirically. In this research, the influence of gender and the relationship of gender to various other factors are investigated, compared and empirically evaluated. The outcome of our research, based on questionnaires and biographical data, is firstly, a model representing factors that are influenced by gender, and secondly, the influence of these factors on e-learning of computer literacy.
