Paper Abstract:
|
The interaction between the user and the software is a constant challenge for developers and a key factor for the system's acceptance. A well designed user interface allows the users to perform their tasks with efficiency, effectiveness and satisfaction. The usability evaluation is important to designers and evaluators identify user interface problems that could cause performance decrease in the interaction. This paper presents the proposition of ErgoSV: software that aims to automate the usability evaluation process through face emotion and sound recognition and also help evaluators generating qualitative and quantitative reports. We also present the actual use case diagram, database structure and part of the software interface designed. |
