Paper Abstract:
|
This paper emphasizes on some fundamental concepts of the knowledge creation and knowledge sharing as the prerequisite for the learning processes in any organization. Within the entire theory related to knowledge management the two approaches have been developed over the last decade. The first approach is based on the technology, mostly ICT role in the process of explicit knowledge creation through a number of database systems, and sociotechnical perspectives. The sociotechnical perspective, as opposed to a purely technological view of knowledge management, provides the settings, in which individual knowledge is recognized, can be exploited further and can be share with others what will be beneficial as called learning process. There is a vast theory related to knowledge management written but limited practical tools that would help to learning process. The emphasis of the paper is to show the practical experiences of the knowledge sharing in the learning processes. The dominant implementation of knowledge management is questioned using empirical evidence from recent projects and interviews undertaken by the authors who examine importance of knowledge sharing in learning activities. |
