The article deals with the situation of the Information Society development in Europe and Lithuania with special
emphasis on the problems of monitoring the digital literacy. It reviews the surveys of the general digital literacy in 2004-
2007 in Lithuania. The article highlights the problem of digital literacy in the light of seeking speedier development of
the Information Society in Europe. |
