Paper Abstract:      It is well known that any university applies several applications’ systems for academic, administration staff and students records. Data redundancy, inconsistency and maintenance cost are the main obstacles encountered during this implementation due to the lack of integration. Substantial benefits to such types of systems. This research contributes the definition of some factors that influence enterprise integration adoption process in HE.. The paper also introduces an innovative enterprise integration model for university evaluation. Moreover, the combination of the existing classification of Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) factors with the HE factors will be analyzed to enhance the implementation of EI at any university on both organizational and operational levels. The integration of the multiple information systems that gives an integrated view to facilitate information access and reuse will be presented in a pilot study at King Abdulaziz University (KAU), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
