Paper Abstract:      Due to the ever increasing information available electronically, their size is growing rapidly. Since, XML documents have further information; document representation of these might be changed. Term weight technique is a mechanism to retrieve documents, additionally; different corpus might complicate term weight schemes. Therefore, the classical term weight schemes have to set "Thresholds" to recompute weighting of terms, when documents collection are modified by adding, editing or deleting some documents and those cannot be recomputed immediately, it effects to term weighting is incorrect. More classical term weight required high environment resource to compute and recompute. In this paper, we present new term weight compare to the classical term weight schemes. The new term weight strategy base on context and structure in itself. Our term weight does not required high resources to compute the weight. Only recomputed of each modified documents required. In addition, the vocabulary construct in document indexing of new term weight compare to classical base on SIGNAL, so that behaves the same in average is 71.13% of term accordant.
